TradeflareTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tradeflare, the 24/7 AI front desk for home-service crews, including the Tradeflare mobile app, this website at app.tradeflareapp.com, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Tradeflare LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Tradeflare", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Tradeflare replies to new leads, asks qualifying questions, and can book appointments based on the rules, services, availability, and voice you set. You stay responsible for the jobs you accept, the prices you quote, and the work you perform.
2. Early test build
The Tradeflare mobile app is in early testing. It runs on sample jobs and a sample crew and is provided "as is" for evaluation. Features may change, break, or be removed, and test data may be reset. Tell us what breaks.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service on behalf of a business. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD, excluding applicable taxes, at the price shown before checkout (currently Tradeflare Pro at $99/month and Tradeflare Crew at $199/month). Plans start with a 7-day free trial; cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. After the trial, your plan renews each month until you cancel. There is no long-term lock-in; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Sign-up and billing happen on our main site, www.tradeflareapp.com.
5. Your content and your customers
You keep ownership of the information, messages, and photos you or your customers put into the Service, and you give us permission to process them only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to contact the customers and leads the Service replies to, and for following the laws that apply to your business and your communications (including text-message and email rules).
6. AI replies
Replies and summaries are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review important conversations, and do not rely on the Service for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to send spam, to break the law, to harass anyone, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeflare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost jobs, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice in the App or on this site. Continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
